Great cut and lovely pieces. Served by Rina at Raffles City. She was fantastically helpful and very good at assisting customers with their shape and the products! Coming back for another shopping trip!

Jenna from Raffles City was friendly, attentive, and helpful during my shopping. She helped to reserve an out-of-stock item at another store. Her colleague also reminded me of the wash and care instructions for the items bought.

I have always been a huge COS fan, especially for the quality and chic designs available in the shop! But the best part of the whole shopping experience is the great service from everyone in the store. The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and attentive to customer needs. A special mention to Jenna today, who was patient and attentive to what I was looking for!

I decided to wear a new dress bought from COS over a month ago. My colleague told me that the magnetic button was still attached to the lower back sleeve of the dress, which I didn't notice. I had to borrow a shawl and endure the discomfort until early afternoon, when I finished my last meeting. It took me 40 minutes to drive to Raffles City. Without any empathy for the discomfort and trouble I went through, the nonchalant lady asked for evidence of purchase, which I clearly said I didn't have after a month. I was asked to check through my bank records when I said I couldn't even remember which credit card was used, or was it cash? I was further interrogated as to when, who, etc. I felt like a criminal when all I wanted was for them to help me remove the magnetic button. She said if I couldn't produce evidence of purchase, there was very little she could do to help me. Wow! I wasn't asking for a refund! I felt I was being suspected of theft. So, I said I would have to throw the dress away since I couldn't wear it with the magnetic button attached and look like a clown. Then another lady said I didn't need to throw it away as she would help me remove the button. So why did they make me feel like I was so wrong for not keeping the receipt after more than a month, when they could have shown better empathy? I wasn't even angry that it started with their negligence in forgetting the magnetic button at the point of purchase. They tried to explain their protocol to me, but they shouldn't have shifted the problem to their customer. They could have helped me remove the magnetic button first and reminded me to be more careful in the future, instead of making me look like a criminal. They could have shown more empathy instead of interrogating an already very stressed customer (imagine walking around the office with a magnetic button attached to the dress). Not that I think my business is a big deal to COS, they just lost one loyal customer! I walked into the shop like a fair lady, asking for a little help, and walked out like a hysterical mad woman, losing my cool.

Shout out to Elisa, Afrina, and Sarah for their excellent service and help in figuring out my waist size in women’s sizing! They were very friendly and funny and were inviting, even though it was a womenswear store.

I visited the COS store recently, not realizing this outlet only carried the women's collection. Thankfully, I was assisted by Ain, who truly went above and beyond. She thoughtfully recommended several pieces that had a unisex look and could suit men as well. Ain has an incredible eye for style, and her knowledge of the clothing was impressive. Her customer service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. I really appreciated her help and left the store, having had a great experience.

Not my first purchase at COS, but one of the best I've had in a while. I went there to get outfits for a wedding, and Afrina was the most helpful, kind, and genuine salesperson I've encountered in a while. She recommended me dresses that are suitable for the theme and my body type, so I walked away happily with two dresses. Thank you!

Sufyan and Syukuk were incredible. The service was lovely, and it felt like I was shopping with friends. I would return just for a repeat of the experience, and of course the clothes. Loved it!
