Was so delighted by the super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful Shukor. He gave advice on the many dresses that I tried and offered the most honest and objective view. He definitely knows his fashion well. Thank you for your tips! I got 2 dresses and super love them :)

Not my first visit to this store (I hadn't purchased anything previously), but definitely my most satisfying one this time! I ended up purchasing 6 items, thanks to the exceptional service from Syukur. He was incredibly patient and helpful, effortlessly assisting me with size and color changes. His genuine kindness and passion for his job shone through, offering great advice that made my shopping experience truly delightful. Highly recommend!

It was a great shopping experience at COS. Elisa remembered my wife, even over the phone, and was looking forward to her return for a reserved item. Furthermore, it was service with a smile! 😃 She was cheerful and friendly, and her disposition alone justifies the COSt of shopping at COS, but of COS! Will definitely be back!

This was my first visit, and enthralled by the many unique apparel on display, I picked a number of items and went to the fitting room to try them out. Staff member Syukur told me I could just enter any of the fitting rooms. It was fuss-free with no queues, and the fitting rooms were clean and spacious. At one point, I wasn't sure about the style and fit, so I came out and sought help. Syukur cheerfully gave me some color recommendations and helped me get a few other items from the sales floor to try out. Upon deciding which ones to purchase, I wanted to request new pieces, and he was very helpful in checking and retrieving them from the storeroom. Also, one of the dresses is uniquely intertwined, and I got a little confused about how to arrange it. He gladly showed me and even volunteered to help me pin it. Syukur held the item on a hanger, and I took a photo of the style to help me remember. He was very helpful and kind, and I must say that such a staff member is a gem!

I had a great shopping experience at COS, thanks to Sarah’s warm and attentive service. She offered help with a genuine smile, noticed I was juggling several pieces, and kindly brought them to the fitting room for me. When the checkout line started to build, she quickly opened a second counter to keep things moving. Thoughtful and proactive — she truly made the visit more enjoyable.
