CS Fresh at Raffles City represents the pinnacle of upscale supermarket experiences in Singapore, offering exceptional fresh food experiences specifically designed for passionate food enthusiasts. As part of Cold Storage's major brand refresh in 2022, this premium grocery destination transformed from the original Market Place supermarket to create a sophisticated shopping environment that combines cutting-edge retail concepts with practical everyday grocery needs. Located in the basement level of Raffles City Shopping Centre, CS Fresh serves as a comprehensive food destination that caters to discerning customers seeking both everyday essentials and gourmet specialties. CS Fresh distinguishes itself through innovative experiential shopping concepts that elevate grocery shopping into culinary adventures. The FISHOP concept allows customers to select fresh seafood and have it expertly prepared for immediate consumption or takeaway, while the partnership with French-inspired gourmet brand Saybons enables customers to create personalized pasta dishes paired with premium cheeses. Ryan's Butchery offers premium wagyu steaks and quality cuts, complemented by what Cold Storage claims is Singapore's largest selection of wines, spirits, and beers. The store features an extensive range of fresh produce, international gourmet items, ready-to-eat meals spanning Western, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines, including innovative offerings like char siu sushi bento sets. This comprehensive selection ensures customers can find everything from basic household necessities to sophisticated culinary ingredients under one roof.
Located at 252 North Bridge Road, #B1-01 Raffles City Shopping Centre, Singapore 179103, CS Fresh operates daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, providing extended hours that accommodate various shopping schedules. The basement location offers convenient access through direct connection to City Hall MRT station, eliminating weather concerns and providing seamless integration with Singapore's public transportation network. The store's central location places it within walking distance of major office buildings, hotels, and tourist attractions, making it an ideal grocery destination for residents, workers, and visitors exploring Singapore's civic and cultural district. The clean, well-organized layout and wide aisles ensure a comfortable shopping experience regardless of crowd levels.
The store itself is good, but my encounter with the cashier was lousy. Firstly, the cashier didn't ask if I was a Yuu member. After she scanned all items, I told her I was a Yuu member. She said the Yuu member scan had to be done before she scanned my items, so she had no intention of canceling the transaction.
To make the experience worse, I realized two items (kale and red/green coral), which I had bought under 'Reduced to clear' pricing, were not keyed in at the reduced price. I was charged at the original price.

This is not the way to pack Brie cheese. You are wasting food by packing it incorrectly. Besides, cutting it up like that also looks very unsightly for Brie.

Before last month, everything was very good, but recently at the roasted chicken counter, the food was not even warm. I've bought it many times and eaten it right after purchasing from CS Fresh. At least it should be warm; otherwise, it feels like I'm eating trash.

This brand of water is disgusting. I bought two bottles, drank half of one, and threw it away. The other bottle is still unopened.
I often drink mineral water, but this is the first time I've bought this brand. I was in a hurry at the time, so I just grabbed it and went.

CS Fresh @Raffles City has been at Raffles City Mall for a very long time, despite its brand name changing. A revamped interior, designed to carry more products (including food on-the-go), is great! My favourite part of the supermarket is the candy section. Pay-by-weight candies are unique and affordable. The weighing machine is at the cashier, who will assist with the final candy price upon payment.

They offer a wide variety of items, including basic groceries and hot/cold food. I was quite impressed with their selection, ranging from Western to Chinese to Japanese cuisine. They have ready-to-eat options like char siew, sushi, and bento sets. There's even a seating area for customers to eat their food on-site. The items are also very reasonably priced. I will consider coming here for a meal. I came here to get some food because I had a terrible experience at another place and left that restaurant extremely unsatisfied. The honey-glazed chicken made everything better.

Great variety of food. Many Western brands are available if you're craving something specific. Conveniently located near Swissotel Stamford. Found Chobani yogurt. Prices are much higher than US costs. Reminds me of Whole Foods in some ways. Plenty of fresh fruit and a good cheese selection. Be prepared: alcohol in Singapore is two to three times US costs, even in stores, it seems.

I shopped last evening just before closing time. After checking out at the self-checkout kiosk, I accidentally left my phone at the kiosk. Praise the Lord for the customer service staff, especially cashier Jenny. She was very sharp. She noticed my phone and picked it up. She then placed it at the Raffles City customer service desk. I'm so thankful to get my phone back. Many thanks and much appreciation.

Large supermarket with many stations for freshly prepared food: Salad, pasta, sushi...
It also features a fresh fish counter, an antipasti counter, lots of fruit and vegetables, and a selection of international wines and beers.
It is very busy on weekends.

Lots of varieties of food, drinks, necessities, etc. There is also a cool corner for those who purchased food or other items to enjoy and rest. CDC Market Vouchers are available for use.

It used to be Jason's Marketplace a long time ago, but the Dairy Farm Group has since consolidated its brands to be much more coherent and consistent. This CS Fresh is large, convenient, and holistic. This outlet has the core things that most other CS Fresh outlets carry (fresh produce, groceries, etc.), including fresh food stands (salads, sushi, ham and cheese, grilled meats).
Located in the basement of Raffles City, it's connected to City Hall MRT and all the transportation options around; you really can't complain.

Great selection of groceries, alcohol, snacks, etc., but, of course, the prices are definitely on the higher end compared to other local supermarkets like NTUC, Sheng Siong, or Giant.
They offer many brands which other supermarkets do not; some of which you could only find back in your home country. This is definitely beneficial for expats living here.
There are a number of live food sections which can prepare food as per your request, such as sushi, pasta, etc.
Definitely worthy of a stop if you're nearby.

We just had a great shopping experience at this large supermarket on Level One in Raffles City. The store is very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what we were looking for.
They had a wide variety of fresh foods, ready-to-eat meals, and delicious snacks and treats. The deals they offered were appealing as well.
Definitely worth the visit, and considering they have so much international food from around the globe, there is something for everyone.

I always pop into this supermarket whenever I am at Raffles City, and I **am** impressed that it now offers a wide selection of **ready-to-eat** Japanese meals inter alia, as well as **cook-to-order** meals — while maintaining its range of products as you would expect from a regular supermarket.
