Easy to order using the kiosk. The outlet is quite small, and seating space is tight. It’s good that they try to squeeze in as many seats as possible.
There are many promotion sets available, and it’s a great space for single diners for a quick meal. There are many types of choices to select from, including various sandwiches, soup-only options, side dishes, and drinks. For some sets, you need to top up the price to change the soup flavor.
I usually order the beef goulash, but I now find the additional price a bit high because there are only a few pieces of meat. In general, it's like a thick minestrone.
The sandwich roll was a bit soggy inside, even though the outside was nicely crispy and toasted. I think the sandwich was made many hours ago and then heated. Besides, the tomato made the bread soggy inside. This part can be improved.
The petite soup is truly petite. I find the bowls are now very wide, so they look big but are actually very shallow. So, the quantity you get isn't very much. Plus, the bowl isn't filled completely, so it's even less.
The lemon tea is nice and very cold, with lots of ice. Soup Spoon also has a membership, but the kiosk system doesn't prompt you about using points.
I wouldn't mind going back again if I want a fast, light meal, but I hope the sandwiches aren't soggy inside again.

This was the most ridiculous Caesar salad served to me. Looks like leftovers. And the staff put cold drinks with warm soup in the same bag. So disappointing.

Terrible experience here at Soup Spoon. It's been more than a year since I've patronised this establishment, and I was reminded why I stopped going there. The bread bowl is HORRIBLE. Literally two bites of the bread and I couldn't eat any more. I gave my partner some to try, and he agreed it was so bad he told me not to eat it and that he'd bring me elsewhere to eat. The soup is good, not gonna lie, but the bread is really terrible.
It's so stale and tough, and seems like it was uncooked. I swear if I throw this at someone, it could be a weapon. I remember it used to be so good, then they changed it to some weird purple bread, and it just declined from there. Now it's not weird purple, but the texture is wrong, and it's so thick!! Like I'm getting so little soup because the bread is so thick it makes me want to cry.
PLEASE bring back the old, old bread! What's more, the bread bowl isn't cheap; I think it's like 12 bucks or something.

Got the sandwich set, which was very filling. Tuna mayo sandwich was good.

Decent place for wholesome, hearty food, especially when you're feeling quite under the weather. But don't kid yourself that it's healthy food.
Personally, I'm more a fan of the creamy soups than the clear soup. I felt the chicken soup was something I could've made myself, but it still tasted good anyway. I quite liked the beef goulash, though.
Avoid the drinks; even if hibiscus tea tastes exotic, it isn't anything special.
The sourdough carrot walnut cake was also interesting.
I'd say Soup Spoon is my kind of comfort food.

This soup spoon deserves a lot more love. Had a kale salad, and it was prepared well. The soup samples were good too, and the uncles were nice enough and doing their best! I had no issue with this outlet compared to Kallang, Bugis, Novena, or Pasir Ris. In fact, I think this outlet is better than Kallang for overall food, service, and ambience.

The Soup Spoon has been my choice for a light meal.
There are vegetarian options, although not as many as other places. But the soups are still nice. The shop was not very busy when I was there, compared to other food restaurants nearby.
The food is tasty and the environment is okay. Perhaps other non-vegetarian soups taste better.
Like most Soup Spoon branches, it's usually not very packed.

I always get the teriyaki chicken salad set with the tomato soup, and it’s such a perfect combination for lunch! It’s so, so filling, too. It’s a little pricey ($15.70), but you can make it more affordable by just getting a soup.

Friendly staff and easy-to-use self-service kiosks. Minimal waiting time for orders. Cozy space with nice decor. Good variety of vegetarian-friendly meals and reasonable pricing. Meal portions are just right, and food is fresh.

Food is consistent and good across all Soup Spoon outlets. Their soups feature generous ingredients. I was attended to by a very polite and friendly female service staff at around 6:30 pm today.

My go-to place for a healthy (or perceived as such) meal at an affordable price in the city centre. My partner got their Daily Saver Set ($8.90) with a small tangy tomato basil soup, a chicken ham & cheese sandwich, and iced lemon tea. Portion was decent and we really liked the tomato soup. As for me, I got the June SouperChef Set (pictured, $15.30), which came with the June Special of French Ratatouille, a Black Forest mochi brownie, and iced hibiscus tea. The soup was loaded with vegetables, and the brownie was good, though afterwards I kept on thinking how the price of one SouperChef Set could have almost paid for two Daily Saver Sets – but to each their own!

The staff here are friendly and efficient. One Malay lady on staff is especially polite and warm. She also helps to clear trays promptly.

I've always loved the soup pastry bowl. It's filling and flexible to pair with whatever soup I feel like having for the day. The meal is satisfying.

Wholesome, flavourful soups filled generously with ingredients. They try to offer value to their patrons periodically with promo sets, and their in-store staff are generally helpful and kind. I would say that the portions given, quality of food, and execution match closely with the prices paid, i.e., not overpriced, but definitely not something you can have every day. For instance, their chicken ragout is stuffed full of oyster mushrooms, shiitake, enoki, root vegetables, chicken chunks, onions, and penne, making it quite filling and fun to eat, especially with the bun that comes with each soup order.
I would dine at one of their many outlets periodically just to try one or more of their three monthly soup specials. I like that they offer free soup samples and small incentives, in the form of vouchers (albeit mostly with minimum spend terms), for existing members to compel them to make return visits.
A pity that their mushroom stroganoff is inundated with pepper, making it a bad choice for people with gastric concerns and/or weak stomachs, and their online customer service does not respond to feedback, complaints, and even compliments.
