Fresh Raffles City

I love fresh products. They are a bit pricey, but so nice. Also, the Raffles City Store is beautiful. The store assistant Nancy was very helpful and provided valuable information and recommendations.

Would like to compliment Nancy from Fresh Raffles City! I booked a facial with her, and she brought me through how to use and pair the products. It was a very personalized and informative service, and I will visit again :)

My colleague mentioned she likes the rose products as we walked past the Raffles City outlet, so I decided to check it out. I was warmly greeted by a very sweet Agnes and ended up with a whole bag of products! I'm going to test them out. Today's purchase was all because of the great customer service!

Once again, thank you :)) Thank you to Isabelle (I believe that's her name; their tags don't show names, but she had a hair bun) for the wonderful **Feel Good Glowy Skin Facial** done on May 15, 2024, at 5 PM. She explained in detail what each product she chose for me does, and she was very gentle with my face. I felt that what she curated was comfortable on my skin ❤️

I hope that Fresh rewards its staff for good service. I dropped by today to pick up some gifts, and a lady with long hair (I didn’t get her name, but I think she was Filipina) was so welcoming and helped me calculate the discounts! She gave me the gift-wrapped items and went beyond good service. I even saw her spray the decorative paper with the Fresh perfume. All in all, excellent service, and I hope Fresh can give her a bonus or something. 🤩🩵 It’s giving season.

My friend introduced me to Fresh. I was glad I met Ms Eunice, who did the facial for me. I must say that Ms Eunice was not only friendly but also very detailed and patient in explaining each and every product to me. I look forward to seeing the results of the products that I purchased.

Had a personalized, friendly, and pleasant experience with staff member Nancy, who suggested products suitable for my needs. She is not pushy and is patient while listening to my concerns. She gave me a full facial experience to try the different products they have in store and meticulously explains the steps needed to apply skincare. Strongly recommend finding her at the Fresh City Hall branch ^^

I am impressed by the service from Ms. Eunice Chan. She is a knowledgeable skincare consultant who is super warm and dishes out skincare advice and recommends products based on a customer’s needs, not just to close a deal. She demonstrates super warmth and strong product knowledge. Because of her, I have started falling in love with Fresh products!

I love Fresh skincare and fragrances. I am a fan of their Rose skincare range and Lily Jasmine EDP. The ladies at Raffles City are always so charming, friendly, and always ready to recommend their products, and they even serve me rose tea. A Fresh store is always so beautifully decorated and pretty that I can hardly walk past one without stepping into the store. I've tried so many products over the years, and this time I am totally won over by Fresh. Not only are the products effective, but their boutique adviser is also very professional. I walked into the boutique and was greeted by a friendly staff member, Ms. Eunice. She is not only patient but also addressed my skin concerns. Within a short period, I saw a tremendous improvement to my skin. Now I am an ardent fan of Fresh and will recommend it to my friends. Thanks, Ms. Eunice, for your great recommendation. Had I not chanced upon you that day, I do not know how much my skin would have missed such a great product.

Here's the lightly edited review: Upon entering the store looking for Christmas gifts, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Eunice Chan. She was sincere and friendly in explaining the products and various gift sets, and very patient in answering my many questions about them. I loved that she also gave me space while I was considering what to get over a nice cup of tea. For products that needed to be cleaned after testing (such as colored balms), she graciously offered to clean my hand. For products that could be used, she generously offered for me to try them using a clean cotton bud. She also kindly included some samples for products I was briefly considering trying. After I made my decision (which took a while), Eunice also went the extra mile to help me wrap all the presents, tag them, and include little gift tags for me to write messages on. She handled all of this, plus payment and membership registration, incredibly fast! The rest of the ladies at the store were also cheerful in offering their support and giving me space to happily browse around on my own while Eunice was wrapping everything. Thanks to Eunice and the rest of the team on the evening of December 2nd for making all the extra effort. Your attentiveness made the gift-buying experience at Fresh so pleasant!
