Came to Grand Cru, tucked in the lobby of the Fullerton Hotel, to redeem wine vouchers and credits given by AMEX. The selection is okay. It is very pricey. The wine is displayed cellar-style, which makes it difficult to read the labels unless looking down at them. The staff was friendly.

Nice hidden corner in this shop where you can dine in, with pasta and pizza from the famous Casa Vostra restaurants. But my all-time fav is baked Brie 🤤

Found this wine bar with a good selection of wine, offering both excellent value and exceptional quality, including sought-after top-quality wines from different regions. The Sommelier Clare is very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us find the wine to drink for the evening. It's a very easygoing place for beginners to learn more about wine from her, and for wine lovers wishing to experience more wine from this welcoming wine bar. Will certainly revisit very soon!

Great wines, stellar service. Smorgasbord went well with the wine. The lady sommelier who hails from Korea was knowledgeable.

Peter showed remarkable attentiveness and a sincere enthusiasm for the wine program. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the final glass of wine, was meticulously executed. Their pairing suggestions were superb, and they provided attentive service, making us feel entirely looked after. It was a perfect evening.

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Cru, and the customer service was exceptional. I have to mention our host Thalya (hope I get the spelling right). She was very convincing in her description of the wine offerings. She was a warm and affable host with a great personality. Kudos to her; my companion and I had a great time. Needless to say, I’ll be back again.

As Amex Platinum members, we get our haul via their online platform. It's decent enough, but I wouldn't wax lyrical about the offerings. Just thankful for the 'prompt' 2-week fulfillment and occasional availability of 'reasonably-priced' plonk.
