Terrible service and complete lack of professionalism! I booked an appointment for 7 PM, only to receive a text at 7:08 PM asking if I was on my way. I immediately replied that I could only arrive by 7:30 PM and asked if I could still make it or needed to reschedule. But guess what? No reply at all.
I still made the effort to rush down and arrived at 7:30 PM, only to be told by the counter staff that I was late. No apology, no attempt to accommodate me, nothing. They didn't even bother to offer a reschedule—I had to ask for one myself, and the earliest available slot was ridiculously in early May.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Poor communication, zero customer service, and a complete disregard for their customers' time. If this is how they operate, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. I will never return, and I'll make sure to warn others about this awful experience!
A truly horrible experience, and the counter staff member with long hair was super unprofessional.

She was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my facial session. The counter staff were friendly and tried to provide the best value for package renewal. They were not too pushy, giving me personal space and making sure I was not being forced into signing for something I might not be comfortable with.
