I had my facial done by Susan, who is knowledgeable and shared many tips on how to take care of my acne problems. Manager Amelia is patient; there was no hard selling at all, and CSO Janet is friendly, helpful, and always so cheerful! A good place to relax!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was top-notch. We were promptly welcomed and enjoyed a truly relaxing facial with Vivian and Susan. Dr Haach facial has been providing me with very good services and treatment. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and have been enjoying my facial and laser treatments. I especially enjoy my beautician Miki, who is patient and provides really good and comfortable facial massage.

They took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly. The facial itself was relaxing and my skin feels incredibly soft, hydrated, and noticeably brighter. I am a loyal customer of Haach and have been with them since 2019. My recent session with Miki was a positive experience. She was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my facial session. The counter staff were friendly and tried to provide the best value for package renewal. They were not too pushy, giving me personal space and making sure I was not being forced into signing for something I might not be comfortable with.
