Here's the edited review: As a customer of Haach @ Raffles Place. I had a wonderful experience, meeting my expectations for facial needs. Stepping into the spa, I was warmly welcomed by counter staff Janet, always friendly and nice. Each visit is a pleasurable experience with Amelia, the branch manager, with her professionalism and knowledge. I renewed my package with her. Keep up the good work.

Had a body massage with Jessica today. As usual, her service was outstanding. She was caring and helpful, ensuring I was comfortable before starting her massage. After the massage, I had a facial with Winnie. I am happy with her service, as she explained what she was doing for my face step by step. Thank you! Good job done by both!😍

Terrible service and complete lack of professionalism! I booked an appointment for 7 PM, only to receive a text at 7:08 PM asking if I was on my way. I immediately replied that I could only arrive by 7:30 PM and asked if I could still make it or needed to reschedule. But guess what? No reply at all. I still made the effort to rush down and arrived at 7:30 PM, only to be told by the counter staff that I was late. No apology, no attempt to accommodate me, nothing. They didn't even bother to offer a reschedule—I had to ask for one myself, and the earliest available slot was ridiculously in early May. This is absolutely unacceptable. Poor communication, zero customer service, and a complete disregard for their customers' time. If this is how they operate, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. I will never return, and I'll make sure to warn others about this awful experience! A truly horrible experience, and the counter staff member with long hair was super unprofessional.

Really enjoyed my treatment here! The manager, Amelia, is really knowledgeable and capable, and provides really good service. Winnie was my therapist and she did a really good job! Her hands were so gentle, and she explained what she was doing so that I understood the process. Really enjoyed my experience here👍🏻

I have been their loyal customer for more than 20 years. No doubt, the pricing of their services has increased over time, but the level of service and comfort has always generated good results for me. My skin has been well taken care of by many beauticians, past and present. I have been with Miki for the past few years. I enjoy the interactions, recommendations, and outcomes. I like to see my face glow after every facial session. This outlet is conveniently located in Raffles City shopping mall. This also makes my regular facial session an enjoyable one-stop experience.
