A great place to find inexpensive items for your home. Their bedding is nice and soft, and they have loads of items for your bathroom and living room. I got a great laundry basket here.

Good selection of home goods. I bought their Tencel sheets and duvet, and both are very comfortable and affordable. I am happy with my purchases.

This shop feels like a nice getaway, where you can doze off or simply chill. I finally found my cotton-filled pillows at this pitstop. $17 per pillow – not bad. No wonder the term 'retail therapy' was coined.

Everything is really cute, high quality, and the price is reasonable, but I felt they need to improve their customer service. One of the ladies was extremely rude when I asked where to find some displayed items; she was nearly yelling at me, "it’s right over there" (without pointing anything). When I asked again, she 'tsk'ed, sighed, and showed me the way without saying anything.

Interesting minimalist homeware store. I liked their whole plant section and kitchenware.

The staff were really helpful, and their Christmas discount of 20% was a pleasant surprise. The gift wrapping was reasonably timed, considering how many items they needed to wrap.

Good range of products, but even better staff! Aina spent a lot of effort to assist me in checking two huge mirrors and tying them up properly for easier carrying by hand. Thank you!

Not the best range in this outlet. The merchandise is also dusty. A female Malay staff member ran out, shouting at the top of her voice. 😱 I feel embarrassed for Hooga to have such crazy and poorly behaved staff. Perhaps management isn't doing their jobs. 🤣

I would like to highly commend the two Malay staff (one gentleman and one lady) working this evening, who readily helped me with my request (especially the lady) despite being very busy at the store. They did not complain or show any frustration throughout my time there. I am so impressed with their patience, service attitude, and smiles when serving me.
