A condescending salesperson refused my request for samples, claiming that samples are only for Jo Malone customers. Even though I had just bought a brand new bottle, upon showing it to her, she changed her stance and stated that I had to buy from the store itself to receive samples.
I complained to the Jo Malone SG email and received no reply at all. Obviously, they are not interested in customer service, so I've lost interest in this line of perfume as well. This is the last bottle of Jo Malone I'll ever buy!

Poor experience in store. The staff member with blonde hair, brown contact lenses, and a stained white shirt was rude and inexperienced.
When I went to the store, the first thing he said, standing behind the counter, was “Yes?”. Here’s a “No” for your service.

I always love shopping at Jo Malone, especially at the outlet at Raffles City! Charmaine is always friendly and ready to attend to me. She is very knowledgeable about the products. Thumbs-up service for Charmaine!

Wonderful service here. I brought a friend to this outlet to choose a birthday present, and Isabelle attended to us. Isabelle helped us understand what types of fragrances we like and made good recommendations. She made a fun evening even more enjoyable, with the experience of looking for 'your scent' and then designing 'your bottle'. Thank you!

Signed up for this event, but to my disappointment, when we entered the shop at 1pm, we were made to log in, find our ticket, and were given a small bag of samples. To my surprise, I asked if that was all, and the guy attending to us said yes. Not much of an experience or any exploration here, and what poor service! Absolute waste of time.

I was super hyped up for this experience (#NewYearNewMe with Cologne Intense) after seeing all the TikTok videos. I was excited to pair and curate my own scent. I thought I'd be attending a workshop, but I left thoroughly disappointed. When I showed my registration email to the SA, she just passed me a pack containing 2 perfume samples, 2 mini cream samples, and that was it… I noticed there were other participants who also got the packs without attending any workshop. I felt misled by the false advertising on Eventbrite.

Such a great experience! We bought two personalised perfumes as a memory of our honeymoon and were advised by Mariane. The service was amazing and Mariane was just lovely, making it a real experience for us. Thank you again!
