I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Raffles City store last week. I have always been a fan of Jo Malone products and have enjoyed the shopping experience in the past, but my recent visit was far from satisfactory. When I entered the store, a staff member with blondish-brown hair and painted nails was there. Unfortunately, there was no greeting, no offer of assistance, and no engagement from him at all. I had to explore the scents myself, which took away from the typically enjoyable experience I associate with Jo Malone. When I finally made my perfume choice, he simply packed my order without a smile, a thank you, or even asking if I was a CapitaLand member. This was, frankly, the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while. The lack of basic courtesy and warmth left me feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. It made me question whether the store would be better suited as a self-service establishment. While I will continue to support Jo Malone, I won’t be visiting this outlet again. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, as the level of service I received does not reflect the quality and reputation that Jo Malone is known for.
