First time buying from this coffee chain two Fridays ago. Ordered takeout of about 30 puffs. Staff was awesome. They needed more time to pack. After learning I had not tried their signature latte, the lady staff member offered me their iced Kenangan latte. It was one of the best coffees I have drunk.

I ordered from the self-service kiosk and, in my order, topped up for chocolate whipped cream. When I received my drink, it had regular whipped cream instead. I politely pointed out the error, but was told they had run out of chocolate whipped cream. I asked why they hadn't updated this on the machine, especially since it was an extra charge of $0.80. They replied that they had done so, but the machine takes a while to update. So, does that make it right that I was effectively scammed out of $0.80? They didn't even offer a refund. Management needs to seriously review the staff they hire.

Nice place to have a quick coffee if you want to take a break in Raffles City! It has a nice seating area and wasn't too busy at the time of visiting. I had the avocado coffee, which was a bit on the sweeter side, still good, though! 🥑☕

Bright and clean coffee area in the middle of B1, outside M&S, Eu Yan Sen, and the florist. Difficult to get seats during peak hours. Tried the hot Kenangan coffee today. Only sweet and less sweet options. Price range: Small $4.90, Regular $5.50, Large $6. Small is a really small cup. It was not crowded, so I got the chance to speak to the barista. I understand that unsweetened Kenangan coffee is not possible. My first try for a less sweet Kenangan coffee was smooth and good. Will come back for more. Witnessed GEMS by the barista who walked from behind the counter and served a coffee to a customer carrying a baby. Impressive 👍🏼 Ordering is via kiosk. Enter mobile number for the points system.

Had a Kenangan Latte. Pleasantly surprised by its good aroma and lovely blend of coffee. The only letdown was the unfriendly staff, who were not helpful at all to other patrons. They waved them away with a dour face and pointed at the ordering kiosk. Totally non-verbal. Doing business requires communication.

I think their coffee is much better than Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. But of course, it’s more than double the price here, so you get what you pay for. The mobile app is glitchy, and mobile orders don’t really work. Service is extremely slow. These are teething issues every new business faces, so I won’t be so quick to judge, and hopefully, these will be sorted out in the coming months. But I love their concept and their drink selection. Service might be slow, but they always get my order right, and I love their Kenangan latte (less sweet with oat milk), which is so much better than Starbucks and CBTL, imo. Keep it up and keep on creating memories :) Hope to see more outlets soon. -edit- I tried their Avocado (alpukat) coffee and their new cold brew item. Sad to say, they were not up to standard. I will stick to the signature Kenangan latte when I return.

First time ordering from a well-established coffee chain from Indonesia that opened here not too long ago. Ordered the signature iced Kenangan Latte. Despite requesting it to be less sweet, the taste was so sweet and too milky – not what I would have expected. Perhaps I will ask for no sugar and an extra shot of espresso in my next order.

Here's an edited version of the review: I visited this outlet on Sunday, August 3rd, at 12:15 PM. The place was not crowded, the vibe was good, and the coffee was good. All of these, however, were negated by the staff's service level, or more accurately, the complete lack thereof. The staff was unhelpful and had a very bad service attitude, lacking even in basic manners. I would have given it one star, but the coffee was good, so, giving credit where it's due, I gave it two stars. But, all the same, I won't be visiting this outlet again. I hope the management can train their staff properly.

The atmosphere was quite soothing on a Sunday afternoon. Coffee was good. The only downside was the staff's complete lack of service. There was no smile on her face at all, and she was not welcoming, which are essential traits in the service industry. Feedback for management to train and remind staff that they are in the service industry. A smile goes a long way to greet customers.

Kenangan Coffee, also known as Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia, is a rapidly expanding coffee chain that has made its mark in Singapore. Originating in Indonesia in 2017, the brand is renowned for its commitment to authentic Indonesian coffee, working directly with local farmers to ensure sustainability and quality.
