Kenangan Coffee at Raffles City brings Indonesia's fastest-growing coffee chain to the heart of Singapore's premier shopping district, introducing authentic Indonesian coffee culture to local and international audiences through innovative brewing techniques and signature flavor combinations. Located at #B1-K10, 252 North Bridge Road, this recently opened café represents a significant milestone in Southeast Asian coffee expansion, as the unicorn-status brand (valued at billion) establishes its presence in Singapore following successful operations across more than 850 locations throughout Indonesia and Malaysia. The café showcases Indonesia's rich coffee heritage through carefully sourced beans exclusively from local Indonesian farmers, creating an authentic cultural bridge that allows Singapore's diverse community to experience premium Indonesian coffee craftsmanship.
The signature menu features innovative coffee creations that blend traditional Indonesian flavors with contemporary café culture, highlighted by the famous Kenangan Latte (.90) infused with black aren (gula aren) that provides distinctive caramel-molasses notes, and the unique Ice Avocado Coffee (.50) that combines espresso with avocado and milk for a creamy, earthy drinking experience. The comprehensive beverage range includes classic options like Americano (.90) and Cappuccino (.50), all prepared using high-quality Indonesian beans that reflect the archipelago's diverse coffee-growing regions. The halal-certified menu ensures accessibility for Singapore's multicultural population while maintaining authentic Indonesian flavor profiles that distinguish Kenangan Coffee from international coffee chains.
Operating daily from 8:00am to 9:00pm within Raffles City's bustling basement retail level, Kenangan Coffee benefits from excellent foot traffic and direct connectivity to City Hall MRT station, making it easily accessible for both business professionals and tourists exploring Singapore's central district. The strategic basement location allows commuters to incorporate premium coffee experiences into their daily routines while the extended operating hours accommodate diverse schedules throughout the week. With ambitious expansion plans to open 20 outlets across Singapore, including a presence at Changi Airport Terminal 2, Kenangan Coffee is positioned to become a significant player in Singapore's competitive coffee market while introducing local consumers to the rich coffee traditions and innovative brewing techniques that have made Indonesian coffee culture internationally renowned.
I ordered from the self-service kiosk and, in my order, topped up for chocolate whipped cream. When I received my drink, it had regular whipped cream instead. I politely pointed out the error, but was told they had run out of chocolate whipped cream. I asked why they hadn't updated this on the machine, especially since it was an extra charge of $0.80. They replied that they had done so, but the machine takes a while to update. So, does that make it right that I was effectively scammed out of $0.80? They didn't even offer a refund. Management needs to seriously review the staff they hire.

Had a Kenangan Latte. Pleasantly surprised by its good aroma and lovely blend of coffee. The only letdown was the unfriendly staff, who were not helpful at all to other patrons. They waved them away with a dour face and pointed at the ordering kiosk. Totally non-verbal. Doing business requires communication.

First time ordering from a well-established coffee chain from Indonesia that opened here not too long ago.
Ordered the signature iced Kenangan Latte. Despite requesting it to be less sweet, the taste was so sweet and too milky – not what I would have expected.
Perhaps I will ask for no sugar and an extra shot of espresso in my next order.

Here's an edited version of the review:
I visited this outlet on Sunday, August 3rd, at 12:15 PM. The place was not crowded, the vibe was good, and the coffee was good. All of these, however, were negated by the staff's service level, or more accurately, the complete lack thereof. The staff was unhelpful and had a very bad service attitude, lacking even in basic manners. I would have given it one star, but the coffee was good, so, giving credit where it's due, I gave it two stars. But, all the same, I won't be visiting this outlet again. I hope the management can train their staff properly.

The atmosphere was quite soothing on a Sunday afternoon. Coffee was good. The only downside was the staff's complete lack of service. There was no smile on her face at all, and she was not welcoming, which are essential traits in the service industry. Feedback for management to train and remind staff that they are in the service industry. A smile goes a long way to greet customers.

I’ve seen this coffee chain at several locations and was excited to finally try it. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. I approached the counter to place my order because I wanted to use my eCapitaVoucher. However, when I told the male staff my order, he told me to just order at the kiosk.
If a customer is already at the counter and the store isn’t busy, shouldn’t you just take the order? I honestly don’t get why that was an issue. I explained to him that I needed to order at the counter because I was using an eCapitaVoucher.
Since it was my first time ordering at Kenangan Coffee, I wasn’t familiar with the menu, so I just said I wanted the All-Day Combo Set. The same male staff responded really quickly, and I couldn’t catch what he said. Then, a Malay female staff member came over and asked for my order again, so I repeated it. She mentioned there’s an All-Day Breakfast Set and a Bread Set or something like that. When I asked her what the difference was, I was shocked by her attitude. She just said, “Depends on what you order la,” with a look that made me feel like she thought I was dumb.
I was honestly taken aback by this kind of service. I’ll never visit Kenangan Coffee again.
To be honest, the coffee and pain au chocolat were just fine—nothing special. Definitely not worth putting up with that kind of attitude for.

Had a large iced passion fruit tea for $5.50. Taste was okay but nothing special, a bit too sweet despite ordering it less sweet. To be fair, it's a coffee chain, so the coffee might be better! Anyway, they have plugs at most tables, so if you need a place to charge your phone in peace, it's a good spot.

First time buying from this coffee chain two Fridays ago. Ordered takeout of about 30 puffs. Staff was awesome. They needed more time to pack. After learning I had not tried their signature latte, the lady staff member offered me their iced Kenangan latte. It was one of the best coffees I have drunk.

Nice place to have a quick coffee if you want to take a break in Raffles City! It has a nice seating area and wasn't too busy at the time of visiting.
I had the avocado coffee, which was a bit on the sweeter side, still good, though! 🥑☕

Bright and clean coffee area in the middle of B1, outside M&S, Eu Yan Sen, and the florist. Difficult to get seats during peak hours.
Tried the hot Kenangan coffee today. Only sweet and less sweet options. Price range: Small $4.90, Regular $5.50, Large $6. Small is a really small cup. It was not crowded, so I got the chance to speak to the barista. I understand that unsweetened Kenangan coffee is not possible. My first try for a less sweet Kenangan coffee was smooth and good. Will come back for more.
Witnessed GEMS by the barista who walked from behind the counter and served a coffee to a customer carrying a baby. Impressive 👍🏼

I think their coffee is much better than Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. But of course, it’s more than double the price here, so you get what you pay for.
The mobile app is glitchy, and mobile orders don’t really work. Service is extremely slow. These are teething issues every new business faces, so I won’t be so quick to judge, and hopefully, these will be sorted out in the coming months.
But I love their concept and their drink selection. Service might be slow, but they always get my order right, and I love their Kenangan latte (less sweet with oat milk), which is so much better than Starbucks and CBTL, imo.
Keep it up and keep on creating memories :) Hope to see more outlets soon.
-edit- I tried their Avocado (alpukat) coffee and their new cold brew item. Sad to say, they were not up to standard. I will stick to the signature Kenangan latte when I return.

Kenangan Coffee, also known as Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia, is a rapidly expanding coffee chain that has made its mark in Singapore. Originating in Indonesia in 2017, the brand is renowned for its commitment to authentic Indonesian coffee, working directly with local farmers to ensure sustainability and quality.

Kenangan Coffee, a popular Indonesian chain, brings its signature brews to Singapore with a compact but clean and welcoming outlet at Raffles City.
What to Try:
• Kenangan Latte ($4.90): Smooth, nutty, with rich black aren (palm sugar) notes.
• Avocado Coffee ($6.50): Creamy, earthy, and uniquely satisfying.
• Creamy Latte: Balanced and fragrant, not overly bitter or sweet.
Food Pairings:
Light bites like the Chicken Cheese Sausage Puff and Salted Caramel Cruffin complement the drinks well.
Vibe & Value:
Service is warm; seating is limited, but it’s a great stop for a quick, quality cup. Pricing is reasonable, with drinks from $3.90 and app promos available.
Verdict:
A solid spot for something different, especially if you’re into Southeast Asian-inspired coffee. Just go easy on the sugar.

Edited review: "Tried Kenangan Coffee for the first time because their new pistachio flavor caught my attention. It was okay—not mind-blowing, but nothing to complain about. The pistachio flavor was present but not overly strong. Price-wise, it’s comparable to Starbucks, so if you’re curious, it’s worth a try."

Kenangan Coffee at Raffles City offers a pleasant escape with its inviting modern ambiance and the rich aroma of fresh coffee. Their expertly crafted signature Kenangan Latte and the well-received Salted Caramel Macchiato highlight the quality of their brews. The menu also features intriguing local-inspired options. Despite its location in a busy mall, the service is friendly and efficient.
With reasonable prices for the quality, Kenangan Coffee is a worthwhile stop for a satisfying coffee break while at Raffles City.
