Here's the edited review: I have been a Kiehl's user for a couple of years. But recently, it has been difficult to obtain samples (except for a few types) due to "no stock," even with purchase.

Had a pleasant first-time purchase at this Raffles City outlet, served by Johnson, Mika, and ChiaFang. The entire store ambience is so lovely and welcoming that I felt warm just by entering. I asked about my concern for my dry skin and was recommended the Ultra Facial Cream and the Hydro-Plumping Serum Concentrate. I've noticed the results and I'm glad that I followed the recommendations given by the in-store staff. Kudos to this team at Raffles City.

The most unfriendly branch in Singapore. After-sales service is terrible. I bought a few items last week and brought back some empty bottles to support the recycling program. However, the ladies in the store refused to accept the bottles and asked us to wash them before handing them over, which we are allowed to do in other branches. We ended up throwing the empty bottles in the trash. This completely defeats the whole purpose of recycling.
