This was my first time coming here to recycle, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was attended by a staff member named Cherry, who was quite rude even though there were no other customers at the time. I tried to ask a few questions politely, but she responded with a bad attitude and was very dismissive.
Initially, I intended to shop or inquire more about other products like serums, etc., after recycling, but her attitude completely ruined my mood, and I just wanted to leave the store immediately.
This will definitely be my first and last visit. Very disappointed!

This is one of the empties we recycle regularly at L'Occitane's BIG LITTLE THINGS programme. We are not new to this and have recycled under this programme regularly, so we are familiar with the expectation to wash and dry our empties.
Let me recount the worst customer experience we had on Saturday, April 19, 2025, in the late morning at the L'Occitane outlet at Raffles City. We tried to recycle our empties, but the 2-3 staff at that outlet inspected every empty bottle and gave excuses like there were droplets, residue, or that the bottles were undersized. It left such a bitter taste, and I have never experienced such a lousy experience recycling empties compared to other shops like Clarins, Kiehl's, The Body Shop, and Innisfree.
In the end, we took our empties and business to the L'Occitane outlet at ION Orchard, where staff were more accommodating and patient in explaining the process and doing the examination of the empties with us. Otherwise, we will just give them to Clarins to recycle—where the beauty consultants are super helpful—or put them into ordinary recycling bins without any rewards or stamps.

Cute pop-up store at Raffles City. Reservations can be made on the spot. The flow was smooth, and the instructions were simple to follow. The whole experience was interesting, and I learned a little more about the brand. They shared details about the almond shower oil and the resilience flower. I collected a sample, and the staff were very friendly.

Quite a lovely and interesting experience in this pop-up exhibition and marketing space. They guide you through the process of making their products sustainably, using super Instagrammable art to draw you in. You can test their products and receive free samples afterwards. It's a really good experience to bring anyone here.

A very pleasant scalp analysis experience with L’occitane at Raffles City. Li Qi was very friendly and knowledgeable about their hair care products. After learning that I have buildup on my scalp, I will definitely try the scalp scrub from L’occitane in the future.

At first, I wasn’t planning to buy anything, but because of Erica’s sincerity and honesty, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. It was completely because of her—her good character, excellent service, and warm smile. I also want to thank her for the wonderful scalp treatment she provided. Erica is truly a gem, and I hope the company recognizes and appreciates her great work.

I had a free scalp analysis with Erica. She was patient and explained my scalp condition in depth. Most importantly, there was zero judgment, and she wasn't pushy at all. She then recommended the ideal shampoo for my scalp and gave detailed instructions on how to use it. Not all staff these days bother to go the extra mile, but the staff in this outlet are stunningly professional.
