Cute pop-up store at Raffles City. Reservations can be made on the spot. The flow was smooth, and the instructions were simple to follow. The whole experience was interesting, and I learned a little more about the brand. They shared details about the almond shower oil and the resilience flower. This was my first time coming here to recycle, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was attended by a staff member named Cherry, who was quite rude even though there were no other customers at the time. I tried to ask a few questions politely, but she responded with a bad attitude and was very dismissive.
Initially, I intended to shop or inquire more about other products like serums, etc., after recycling, but her attitude completely ruined my mood, and I just wanted to leave the store immediately.
This will definitely be my first and last visit. Very disappointed!
