I was at the Raffles City branch today and asked for directions to the toiletries section. The salesperson who was manning a coffee counter wasn't sure where it was. But what he finally said really surprised me. He said, 'not all M&S outlets sell toiletries'. Not satisfied, I went throughout the store and finally found what I was looking for. Is this a problem concerning attitude, or lack of store training and product knowledge?

Marks and Spencer is located on Basement 1, in a corner. There are many Christmas gifts, food, and festive season greetings available. The place carries clothing, food, decorations, and much more. A nice, big space to walk around and shop. Snacks such as palmiers and condiments are also available.

Limited stock, but okay. Maps ran me around in circles. I don't know why Maps was trying to tell me I had a 1.4 km walk from my location at Raffles City to where Marks & Spencer was downstairs below me, just a 2-minute walk away in Raffles City! No matter what I did, I couldn't shake this Maps 'tic,' and as we all know, this happens quite a lot. As it turned out, the store was just downstairs, but even the Raffles City directory said Marks & Sparks wasn't in the building, which is very odd... even odder! As I say, this is quite a small Marks & Sparks on one floor, but it has a decent range of food and beverage, as well as clothing for men, women, and children. Pleasant staff.

M&S tiramisu is still my sought-after favorite snack.
Compared to some tiramisus I've tried from cafes, some are sponge cake coated with mousse and coffee powder. Others are filled with 90% mousse and a super thin layer of biscuit sponge, topped with coffee powder, which is absolute rubbish.
I was skeptical to buy this M&S tiramisu initially when I saw the packaging from the sides (as shared in the photo) – it looked like it had super loads of mousse and was very creamy, right?
I decided to give it a try since I had been purchasing M&S tiramisu previously, though in different packaging. M&S food quality has so far been good, trusting that I wouldn't be paying for empty mousse.
The alcohol was not overpowering; the biscuit layer had good thickness; the mousse was thin; and it was not overly creamy. (The photo shows the actual sides of the cake after cutting.) M&S has not disappointed me. 😄
Indeed, quality tiramisu can still be found at M&S Raffles; my craving was fixed! The price point is affordable for the portion and quality.

Marks and Spencer at Raffles City Shopping Centre is one of my favourite stores to shop at for biscuits and other personal items.
They are purveyors of quality merchandise, and I always go to them for cookies, biscuits, and other food items.
They also have a wide range of clothing and lifestyle items. Their ladies' court shoes are made of quality leather, and I have a pair that is very comfortable. I also get lingerie items from them.
