Went to get a nanosim. I presented my details on a Singapore card. They scanned it and then told me to download the Singpass app, which unfortunately I hadn't used in over a year. So I could not log in. When I asked why, I was told to go to Bugis, despite them having my Singapore ID. They said they were a panel shop, an agent, and that only Singtel Bugis could verify me.

Incredibly inefficient: I waited 40 minutes for service and left without my number being called.

Don't come here. Stood around for 15 minutes while both service staff were serving one customer each. One was just staring blankly into his laptop screen while his customer was fiddling around with her phone; the other was just shadowing his customer who was browsing the iPhones. A new customer came in and one of them immediately went over to service him while we just stood there being invisible. I brought someone who was going to switch from StarHub to Singtel, and they wanted to find out more about the telco. But because of this, they changed their mind. If the attitude and service can be this bad at the sales point, one cannot expect after-sales support to be any good.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this outlet when I came to renew my contract and purchase an iPhone. I came on a Saturday afternoon, and there wasn't a wait. The staff was also very helpful in explaining to me my service plan options and the different iPhone accessories available.

Ivan did a brilliant job helping my 78-year-old dad with his phone purchase and phone plan. He patiently helped him transfer data to the new phone and went above and beyond to support him. An outstanding experience, I must say. My dad tried purchasing from another retailer in Nex but was put off by the nonchalant attitude of the sales staff who directed him to the most expensive phone.
