Don't come here. Stood around for 15 minutes while both service staff were serving one customer each. One was just staring blankly into his laptop screen while his customer was fiddling around with her phone; the other was just shadowing his customer who was browsing the iPhones. A new customer came in and one of them immediately went over to service him while we just stood there being invisible. I brought someone who was going to switch from StarHub to Singtel, and they wanted to find out more about the telco. But because of this, they changed their mind. If the attitude and service can be this bad at the sales point, one cannot expect after-sales support to be any good.

I went this noon to renew my broadband service. Only two staff were working, but the queue was not long. The staff were patient and courteous. They were able to answer all my queries and helped arrange an appointment for my new setup promptly. Thumbs up for the service!

Here's the edited review: I would like to commend Mr. Ivan Tang from Singtel for the excellent service he provided during my recent visit to obtain a SIM card for my phone. Mr. Tang was not only friendly and approachable, but also demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and professionalism. His ability to clearly explain the options and guide me through the process made the experience smooth and pleasant. It is reassuring to meet service staff who are both well-versed and confident in their work. I sincerely hope that Singtel will recognise Mr. Tang’s dedication and consider him for a well-deserved appraisal.
