The service here is nonexistent. The guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered at all. He couldn't even tell us that the Dhoby Ghaut outlet is just one train stop away.

I am very pleased with Mr. Alister Lee and Mr. Say Wee for the superb service. When I came into this store and saw Mr. Say Wee, he welcomed me pleasantly and asked me how he could help. So I told him that I had brought my Oakley spectacles here, which I had purchased a year ago. Immediately, Mr. Alister Lee said that he could help me solve this problem and promptly changed the frame for me. This saved me a lot of trouble and time. Kudos to them.

Xi Hong was super helpful and really attentive, making sure our needs were addressed. He was very pleasant and really put us at ease. We ended up getting a second pair of glasses as well. He made sure to highlight the balance between clarity and comfort.

The salesman at the store today (14 Sep 2024, 12pm) had a very poor service attitude. The shop was empty on a Saturday lunchtime. I came in and politely asked questions about contact lenses sold in the shop. His attitude and way of answering questions were downright deplorable. I asked about prices, and he replied with the price and could have stopped there, but he added in a very condescending/rude tone, "What are you comparing to? Other shops? I tell you, they are all the same." I asked a few other questions, to all of which he gave very unhelpful answers while wearing a sneering expression on his face. Even if he found my questions stupid, he shouldn’t be so rude. I would give 0 stars for this interaction, but Google forces me to give 1 star.

I was shopping for a new pair of glasses and visited this outlet at Raffles City Shopping Centre. The staff appeared disinterested, and the tone of their voices made me feel unwelcome. When inquiring about a particular glass frame and the types of lenses available, I was met with one-word answers, and I immediately left the store feeling embarrassed that I even asked the salesperson about purchasing any of their products.

Excellent service! They even rushed out my pair of prescription sunglasses in time for my beach vacation! Much appreciated! They also have a really great range of sunglasses frames and lenses, and are always ready to answer any questions.
