I dropped my sunglasses by accident during the NDP event, and they were badly damaged. I swung by to have them adjusted. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and explained everything clearly before making the adjustments.

I was early for an event, so I decided to pop by to try on some glasses I was considering getting. After trying a few, I told the tall salesgirl that I would return once I had decided which pair was most suitable. Her face changed with disdain. That look was truly awful. Please know that customers don't always buy on their first visit.

Excellent service by Yumi. I return every year for my sunglasses because she always knows exactly what I need. My husband also bought his sunglasses from her. She explains the latest trends clearly and helps us choose what suits us best.
