I replaced the diamonds and rusted metal parts 2 months ago. I found the buckle got rusted, so I checked with the shop. A long-haired lady immediately accused me of not doing maintenance and of using perfume. She claimed I had to use perfume first, then the necklace, not vice versa, which was very ridiculous. She didn't provide me any other option; she just tried to get rid of me. A necklace shouldn't fail within just 1-2 months. I wouldn't have minded being advised of a solution, but that didn't happen. The staff is unqualified, and the service sucks. Better not consider Swarovski as an accessory.

Not upscale as advertised. Very poor quality product and service. To top it off, they do a lot of false advertising to get people into the store. When you get there, you will be disappointed to learn that the deal was always over "last week." Don't waste your time.

The Raffles City location is only for convenience; items not found here can sometimes be found at VivoCity. Overly priced. Sub-standard quality control (QC), handicraft, and finished products differ vastly from the past. Items that arrive at the store are not thoroughly checked; there's no onsite professional to check them, and no standard operating procedure (SOP). There is generally poor handling by frontline staff at all outlets, with no respect for the pretty delicate crystals. Limited pieces of each design mean no purchase is possible if defects are found. Wonderful, lovely, affordable, refined designs are never repeated. Designs of recent affordable batches are unrefined and less desirable. Management seems to be gearing more towards high-end buyers. Sadly.

I simply asked if I could wash my hands with the ring on, and he said, "CANNOT!" in a very rude tone. My mom didn't come with me the other day, so she asked if it's gold, and he rudely told her, "The ring is gold-plated, la!" Like we were stupid or something. 🤦♀️
“Best not to” or “advice to avoid washing”—is it so difficult to say?
Because it was almost closing time and I made an impulse purchase the other day, I didn't get to ask many questions, and I didn't know how to take care of the two rings I bought.
Now that I passed by again, I just wanted to know more, but it was sad to experience such bad service from the manager at the Raffles outlet.
We tried to ask him nicely if he could do a simple wipe of the ring for us. He said, "No, I need to buy the cloth myself for $19, then go home and wipe it myself." 😒
I felt very unsatisfied and disappointed with the guy. On a side note, his body was reeking of cigarette smell. He probably didn't even bother washing his hands or spraying any cologne.
I happened to come across their other outlet at Suntec City. I asked her the same question if I could wash my hands with the ring. She kindly said, "We try not to, because it’s a fashion accessory," explaining that it’s gold-plated, with a smile. She even offered to clean the rings for me and also taught me how to do some simple aftercare services.
I'm very pleased with her service.

When we stepped into the shop, the Chinese lady didn't even want to serve us. We were served by another staff member, but halfway through, nobody bothered. When I was about to make a purchase, no one approached, and staff just passed us off to each other.
In the end, we bought from Suntec. Ida provided good service.

Although I love my purchase, I found out that the staff was supposed to give me a certificate of authentication. I found that out because my friend also wanted to buy and highly recommended some earrings, only to find out *they* provided my friend with all documents that came with the purchase. If I hadn't gone to another location, I would not have found out how *really good customer service* is. Go to another Mall.
