Decent place for wholesome, hearty food, especially when you're feeling quite under the weather. But don't kid yourself that it's healthy food. Personally, I'm more a fan of the creamy soups than the clear soup. I felt the chicken soup was something I could've made myself, but it still tasted good anyway. I quite liked the beef goulash, though. Avoid the drinks; even if hibiscus tea tastes exotic, it isn't anything special. The sourdough carrot walnut cake was also interesting. I'd say Soup Spoon is my kind of comfort food.

This soup spoon deserves a lot more love. Had a kale salad, and it was prepared well. The soup samples were good too, and the uncles were nice enough and doing their best! I had no issue with this outlet compared to Kallang, Bugis, Novena, or Pasir Ris. In fact, I think this outlet is better than Kallang for overall food, service, and ambience.

Easy to order using the kiosk. The outlet is quite small, and seating space is tight. It’s good that they try to squeeze in as many seats as possible. There are many promotion sets available, and it’s a great space for single diners for a quick meal. There are many types of choices to select from, including various sandwiches, soup-only options, side dishes, and drinks. For some sets, you need to top up the price to change the soup flavor. I usually order the beef goulash, but I now find the additional price a bit high because there are only a few pieces of meat. In general, it's like a thick minestrone. The sandwich roll was a bit soggy inside, even though the outside was nicely crispy and toasted. I think the sandwich was made many hours ago and then heated. Besides, the tomato made the bread soggy inside. This part can be improved. The petite soup is truly petite. I find the bowls are now very wide, so they look big but are actually very shallow. So, the quantity you get isn't very much. Plus, the bowl isn't filled completely, so it's even less. The lemon tea is nice and very cold, with lots of ice. Soup Spoon also has a membership, but the kiosk system doesn't prompt you about using points. I wouldn't mind going back again if I want a fast, light meal, but I hope the sandwiches aren't soggy inside again.

The Soup Spoon has been my choice for a light meal. There are vegetarian options, although not as many as other places. But the soups are still nice. The shop was not very busy when I was there, compared to other food restaurants nearby. The food is tasty and the environment is okay. Perhaps other non-vegetarian soups taste better. Like most Soup Spoon branches, it's usually not very packed.

I always get the teriyaki chicken salad set with the tomato soup, and it’s such a perfect combination for lunch! It’s so, so filling, too. It’s a little pricey ($15.70), but you can make it more affordable by just getting a soup.

Friendly staff and easy-to-use self-service kiosks. Minimal waiting time for orders. Cozy space with nice decor. Good variety of vegetarian-friendly meals and reasonable pricing. Meal portions are just right, and food is fresh.

Food is consistent and good across all Soup Spoon outlets. Their soups feature generous ingredients. I was attended to by a very polite and friendly female service staff at around 6:30 pm today.

This was the most ridiculous Caesar salad served to me. Looks like leftovers. And the staff put cold drinks with warm soup in the same bag. So disappointing.
