Nothing else needs to be said about Creed; this review is for the impeccable service rendered by Katarina. I visited this store last month and was given ample time to sample various scents and mull over them. The entire process was enjoyable, and even my wife sampled some of Creed's new offerings. I returned today to purchase a scent, and Katarina was just as patient and amicable. The products are fantastic, but her service is top-notch! Keep it up, Katarina, I will be back.

Service by Leo was spectacular. We were new to the house of Creed and were looking to sample a few perfumes, and Leo, with his quick thinking, promptly settled us into the plush counter seats and allowed us to take our sweet time enjoying the fragrances. We were probably there for an hour, and he nicely juggled servicing us and incoming traffic. He never rushed us or pressured us to buy anything. We could tell how excited and passionate he was to share his knowledge about the vast variety of fragrances, and he came prepared with questions and really wanted to find something that worked for us. The whole experience was nothing short of what a luxury house should provide, and we walked away with fragrances we didn't even know existed but ended up loving. He was very generous with samples, too, but you'll have to trade your personal info for that 😉 Highly recommend visiting!
