Honestly, the Filipino boss here for clothes is quite rude. It's not worth the money spent here. The rest of the staff are very nice.

I recently visited this store, which was almost empty, and I was quite disappointed with the service. As I walked in, the staff member closest to the entrance didn't bother to greet me, but instead greeted the person behind me, who seemed to be dressed better and looked wealthier. 🥹 This kind of judgmental service is very off-putting. Despite the lack of customers, all staff seemed busy and avoided eye contact when I needed assistance. Talk about their education and training for employees! 🤣 I decided not to spend my money at this store. It is not impressive. Your philosophy, ‘Delight beyond expectation,’ is empty words. 🥲 I'll be heading to Club21 to shop for my CNY clothes, where I know I'll receive a much better experience! 🥰

I visited earlier today, around 6:50 PM on May 31st. You can refer to the CCTV for verification. I was about to approach a staff member to ask for a different size of a pair of Beams pants I wanted to try on. However, the staff member walked away toward the other end of the department store and began chatting with other sales agents. Unfortunately, this left me without assistance, and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

I saw there was a private event prior to their grand opening. Luckily, I checked with the Japanese staff member a few times whether I could try their coffee samples, since there was a full tray of it. After checking with their American boss on the spot, the answer was no. That was fine by me; I could just grab their espresso in tube packets, because I couldn't afford to wait for their uncertain timing until the American boss announced a much later time. It had a note of nutty chocolate taste. I didn't buy any of their merch. Luckily, their paper bag was free. I won't be going back to this original outlet or for a pop-up experience. The Asian and Western customer service was much clearer. It was a pity for the Japanese staff member; he was a nice guy when I asked him about the fan. He quickly apologized that he had forgotten about it and brought a white bag full of fans, letting his colleague distribute them around ✌

It's sad that the first Blue Bottle in Singapore is just a retail store, and a rather weak one at that, featuring only a few cups, a few tumblers, and instant coffee – not even beans. I feel it's just a hook from the store to draw people who love the brand to visit, only to be disappointed. I think if it's going to be a retail store, they should at least curate a good range of goods to make it worthwhile for fans.

Love the selection and brands available here in Singapore (though it's still probably 20% of what's available in Japan). Can't complain because of the location. Sadly, they are going to move out soon. I'm going to miss this space. The staff are nice and friendly.

Pleasantly decorated and conducive for peaceful shopping. Enthusiastic staff (not the pushy kind) explained design concepts from each designer. Overall nice shopping experience.

Here's the edited review: Lumine Singapore is the place to go for the quintessential latest Japanese trends! The new space layout at Raffles City is a little treasure trove of carefully curated items that please both the eyes and the mind. Sometimes, you may feel you have just stepped into an art gallery of beautiful displays. The concept of just bringing in 1-2 pieces of each design for each curated brand makes you the special one. The staff are pleasant and give you enough personal space to shop around and will attend to your needs if you need help. I fell in love with Lumine SG a while back!

Visited the store today and was welcomed by Dorothy. Such a sweet lady. She showed me the men's section of the store and shared about the different brands they carry. Kudos to her and to the team. Thank you!

They have Beams and Blue Bottle Coffee, but the collection isn't very complete. Blue Bottle Coffee also doesn't sell coffee; they only sell merchandise and bottles, and some instant coffee? Beams is much, much pricier than in Japan.

I like the outlet. The atmosphere is spacious and neat. Your staff, IQA, is very helpful, friendly, and nice. She attends to my needs. She also provided me with excellent service. Good job.

My recent purchase of a hair accessory at Clark Quay Central Lumine fell short of expectations when it broke after just one use. Although I was disappointed, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite the no-exchange policy for hair accessories, the Customer Service Officer handled the situation with grace, demonstrating sincere empathy and offering apologies for the inconvenience. While I hope for improvements in product quality and the refund-exchange policy, the commendable service I received speaks volumes about the commitment of Clark Quay Central Lumine to customer satisfaction.
