The service staff at RafflesCity Godiva had a very, very bad attitude. They made you feel like you owed her money, though you were just trying to buy an ice cream (soft serve). Being young does not make a good excuse for rudeness and indifference in selling a product.
Kranes for Life
Decent ice cream but the dark chocolate wasn’t as dark as I’d have liked it and the pistachio ice cream didn’t have much pistachio flavor; not worth $10 for this cone.

The ice cream used to taste nicer; now, the chocolate flavour is less rich and intense. Even though it was expensive in the past, I felt it was still quite worth the high price since the quality was really good. However, I don't think I'd pay this price ($9.50) again for the current quality. It's not bad, but while it's still rather nice, I just think the drop in quality doesn't justify the price for me.

I had to purchase 25 boxes of chocolates at the last minute for a corporate event. I had great service from Joyce and her colleague from Raffles City Godiva. They helped to individually pack and write the thank you cards for me as I was rushing for time. It was great customer service and very much appreciated!

Godiva chocolate never disappoints! One of the best dark chocolate soft serves I've ever eaten. Authentic chocolate with the right amount of creaminess. The price point is pretty high, but worth the try. They have limited seating (5 seats) if you require it. The staff taking our order was quite impatient and not the friendliest, but perhaps she was just having a bad day. Overall, they serve good ice cream!

Their dark chocolate shake tasted so rich and multidimensional, decadently sweet with strong but not overpowering bitter notes. Very delicious, you will love it if you like chocolate! They used their soft serve to make their chocolate shakes, and the creamy ice cream base was definitely evident 🍨. The chocolate shavings add great texture, creating a satisfying crunch. Limited seating with a few high chairs available. Came here for their drinks (hot chocolate and iced chocolate shake) and it didn’t disappoint. Hot chocolate was comforting!

Yummy. Always love the chocolate ice cream from Godiva. Would advise the staff to wipe down the countertop after each customer leaves, as there are some bits and pieces of chocolate drink and melted chocolate on the counter.
